Bringing the online to in-store, we created the Amazon Second Chance Store, a pop up retail experience where everything sold comes from Amazon's Second Chance programmes, which puts returned and refurbished items back on sale, as well as all proceeds from this store will go to Barnardo’s to support its work with children and families across the UK.

Open to the public for 2 weeks during December, we designed an immersive consumer experience which features an open concept layout with vibrant product zones, modular displays, and a handy product repair station.

Taking over a 3,800 square foot venue in London's The Brunswick Center, we transformed this blank space into a fully functioning store, displaying upwards of 4,000 products.

With sustainability at the forefront of the design, we wanted to challenge the single-use nature of pop-up stores. Our product displays use natural, sustainable materials like cork, with the stands and wall units constructed using an FSC certified, and no-formaldehyde added MDF, as well as, all decorative paints are from the Dulux ReColour range using recycled, leftover paints.

Designed for deconstruction and reuse, at the end of the event, all of the displays will find a new home in Barnardo’s stores nationwide.
