To support Giving Tuesday and our incredible charity partners Small Steps Project, Plain Jane and 34 Bloomsbury hosted a Celebrity Shoe View Exhibition, open to the public, to support of the Small Steps Project online auction charity fundraiser. Welcoming over 50 autographed celebrity shoes into the building, the exhibition, running over two days, was laid out in gallery style with plinths and tables displaying the signed shoes and their patron.
Spread out across the four spaces of 34 Bloomsbury, guests were able to wander the spaces to view the shoes, with ambassador’s pictures and artwork hung throughout the building.
In addition to the public event, we organised a private viewing event for 50 guests in the evening, with attendees includingJames Purefoy, Dame Zandra Rhoades and Andrew Logan.
In collaboration with the online auction and public shoe view event, Small Steps raised £33,015 with all the proceeds going towards benefitting children living on rubbish sites around the world. A fabulous result, we were honoured to be apart of!
